Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If there are delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

Standard Shipping: 7 business days

 

 

Shipping Carriers:

We ship using Canada Post, and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to addresses within British Columbia. International shipping availability may vary. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at inf0@pacificsasquatch.com within 3 days of delivery. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Return Policy

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@pacificsasquatch.com Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
